Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He serves as a pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is also a believer for training future generations of Biblical counselors. He is the Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous articles on the internet and is a contributing author to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Redefining lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids along and a wife Leslie.
