Annie Mist Thorisdottir comes from Reykjavik, Iceland. She is also a coach as well as trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie is the very first woman to ever win twice in CrossFit Games. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. With the guidance of Jami Tikkanen, Annie placed second in CrossFit Games and was awarded an award of Silver that year. After a year in CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performance earned her the title. Annie's outstanding performance in 2012 led her to another CrossFit Games victory. This was her second time that she won consecutively. Besides this in 2014 she won a silver medal and in the year 2021 she won a bronze medal in CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a coach as well as a trainer for Crossfit Reykjavik, which she founded. Annie is a rising athlete who has been the face for numerous brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs, Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration and the Sidekick Yorbae.
